Our Journey
Founded by Joseph Gitonga, Founder & CEO/CTO, Noria Technologies LTD evolved from a personal passion for technology into a full-service digital transformation company. While pursuing a BSc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Nairobi, Joseph developed solid engineering and problem-solving foundations that fueled his curiosity to use technology to solve problems and improve efficiency.
The Foundation
While studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering at UoN, Joseph began developing websites, web applications, and mobile apps serving micro and small businesses in retail, fintech, and medical fields across the country. His engineering background provided the problem-solving mindset and technical rigor that would become the hallmark of Noria Technologies LTD.
Business Formalization
After completing his studies at UoN and ready to go full-time, Joseph registered the business name and started formal operations. This marked the transition from personal projects serving micro and small businesses to providing comprehensive digital transformation services to local businesses and building a foundation of expertise.
Official Incorporation
Noria Technologies LTD was officially incorporated, formalizing years of hands-on development work and marking a significant milestone in the company's growth and commitment to delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions.
